Job Description - Sales Executive.
Designation : Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Mandatory working on Saturday Sunday (weekly off will be as per your choice)
Min Experience: 0 to 5 years plus
Male / Female, Salary: Rs.12, 000.00 to Rs.25, 000.00 /month
1. Responsible for generating sales with existing clients and developing opportunities with new
clients within assigned territory.
2. Cold calling follow-ups with clients
3. Registration
4. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
5. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and
new product release launches.
6. Report on sales activities to senior management
7. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
9. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
10. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
11. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Minimum 1 to 6 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Good experience in Sales
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.

A flair for establishing an instant repo with clients.
