About the Company:
Greenroom is an influencer & content marketing agency and a social media analytics firm based in Bangalore. The
3 year old company has grown rapidly in a short period of time and hopes to scale its operations through the
country in the coming year.
Role: Creative Lead
Position: Manager/ Snr Manager, Brand Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
● Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for influencer, content, promotional campaigns, and
marketing communications.
● Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest social media marketing techniques.
● Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
● Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
● Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
● Shape pitch standards and create procedures to ensure all products are appropriate.
● Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and
executions.
● Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
● Learn and develop best practices for influencer and celebrity marketing
● Build processes and templates to ensure high-quality campaigns
● Stay up to date with market, industry and domain developments
Required Skills:
● A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices.
● Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
● Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
● Must be a creative and strategic thinker
● Knowledge in Hindi is a plus
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to work with tight deadlines
● Ability to work under minimal supervision
Required Experience:
● A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging
technologies.
Required Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields
is preferable
