Functions / Responsibilities

As part of the global Content Marketing team at Brave Combat Federation, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for implementing Brave Combat Federation’s overarching social media strategy, executing day-to-day programming, advertising, production, influencer, and community management efforts – all on a quest to build the greatest sports media property in Asia.

Key Responsibilities: 

•       Program Brave Combat Federation’S Core social media channels

•       Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimise social posts across all platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter

•       Support with all social media copywriting needs

•       PRODUCE SOCIAL-FIRST CONTENT & CREATIVE

•       Collaborate with production team to create, refine, and optimise social content

•       Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly

•       IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

•       Manage day to day community management initiatives across owned and third-party social platforms

•       Build meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer support

•       MONITOR & MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS

•       Monitor key social metrics daily, ensuring team is on track to meet Social Media KPI’s

•       EDUCATE & EMPOWER THE ORGANISATION

•       Educate internal departments and help create an ecosystem of social media experts

•       Host internal social media workshops, share tops and flops, and coach team members on social media best practices
