PROJECT ASSOCIATE

Projects (Krayon) the events vertical of LXL Ideas specializes in conceptualizing, planning and executing school contact programs and youth events. Since 2005, Krayon has been known for its exceptional event design, execution capabilities and impeccable quality of work for which it has won numerous awards and honors including top industry recognitions like EEMAX, WOW and CMO Awards.

 Location: Bangalore

 Roles & Responsibilities:

•         Provide training to students on life skills

•         Implementation of Psychological Techniques

•         Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports and submit it to concerned stakeholders

•         Documentation of the training programs                                                                       

•         Collect feedback from students & teachers about Life Skill Programs on regular basis and assist in revision of the training modules                          

•         Coordinate with the Project team and school authorities for execution of the sessions

•         Support function to other departments of the organization

 

Desired Profile:

•        Graduate (MSW, M.A Sociology and MSc Psychology).

•        0-2 years’ experience in training

•        Willing to work with children and schools

•        Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi

 

Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary:

•        Strong planning and coordination skills

•        Strong vendor management skills

•        Adaptability

•        Ability to influence people across various levels.

•        Willing to travel – in and around Bangalore.

•        Punctual and well disciplined 

•        Good Communication Skills

•        Reporting skills
