Open Position - Enterprise Business Associate


Job Role: 
Work with Enterprise Customers to develop relationships, generate requirements and deliver on training needs of organizations across India.
Interact with L&D Managers, Procurement Managers, Project Managers etc to access the training need of an organization.
Identify trainers who fit the training need.
Create a proposal for the training requirements and close the deal by being competitive in the market.
You would be partnering with existing Senior Business Managers who will mentor and guide you in developing relationships, requirment generation, trainer sourcing, and other steps of your job role. 

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Post Graduate - Fresher 2018/2019 graduates.

MBA/BCom/ BBM/BBA

Skills - 
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Dedication and "Let's get this done" attitude

Package - 
INR 21000-24000 per month in hand +
Above market standard Incentives
