JD- Customer Support Executive

Requirements

ï‚· Min. 12th pass candidates required
ï‚· Salary: 13800(Take Home) - 23800 [General Slab] [0-5 yrs experience]
ï‚· 1 lacs health insurance (ICICI Lombard)
ï‚· 4-5k incentives on an average from the first month itself.
ï‚· Appraisals every 6 months [5-10% hike in salary{fixed}]
ï‚· Language Required: English & Hindi mandatory, [Kannada/Tamil, etc can be added
advantage]
ï‚· Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
ï‚· Decision-making skills
ï‚· Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word)
ï‚· 9 hours login [8 AM - 10 PM] [Female: 8AM - 8PM]
ï‚· 6 days rotational shift [No Saturday/Sunday off]
Responsibilities

ï‚· Act as a relationship manager for the Paid customers
ï‚· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
ï‚· Identify and assess customers needs
ï‚· Service customer in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of customer
ï‚· Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads
ï‚· Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer
ï‚· Negotiate with leads on behalf of the customer
ï‚· Keep customer up-to-date on the progress of his account
ï‚· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
ï‚· Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
