Job Summary:
As a Project Manager (L&D) you will be responsible for delivering our training
programs through analysis and consulting. We work with our client partners to help
them assess, develop and engage talent via our award-winning products and
solutions. We also work on organizational and individual development, offering
numerous strengths-based solutions that help individuals and teams grow their
potential. You will interact with our client partners, from executives and senior
leaders to HR and talent management teams, utilizing our solutions and products,
business perspectives and expertise to support them.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as a trusted adviser to the client partner to help improve their learning program
delivery. Have transparent conversations with clients and challenge them to take
creative approaches to their talent development initiatives
• Listen, analyze and recognize client needs and culture. Partner with clients to
delivery KSPL solutions to meet their unique situation and improve organizational
performance
• Anticipate, analyze, and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize program
outcomes and client & participant experience
• Manage clients’ expectations, custom requirements and, related deliverables while
balancing operation and technical feasibility
• Focus on identifying key metrics or other areas of opportunity to measure
learning/training outcomes that allow client partners to see ROI
Program Management
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure resource availability and
allocation; maintain comprehensive project plan and documentation
• Manage project teams to ensure intervention delivery on time, within scope, and
budget
• Liaise between facilitators, coaches, partners, client teams, and internal teams to
ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled projects & deliverables
• Generate and share weekly program updates, monthly project summaries, and
quarterly governance reports
• Ensuring the project execution/ intervention execution is flawless and keeping a close
eye on every phase and step of the project - Deliver high quality work that meets
expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope,
schedule and costs while anticipating project risks and identifying measures to
mitigate these
Requirements:
• An impeccable command over written and spoken English & spoken Hindi
• Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal/external
stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors
• Attention to detail, research and analysis orientation
• Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
• Be willing and open to learning
• Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, listening, writing and presentation skills.
• Take initiative and respond quickly to client requests and completely own customer
success
• Possess the ability to focus, work under pressure and deliver client results under tight
deadlines, in a fast paced and stressful environment with high stakes
• Be able and willing to travel to meet client’s needs
• Proven ability (and 5+ years’ experience) to coach, mentor, & manage team
members and temperaments
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the learning & development sphere
