Content Developer- Simulations
Job Summary:
KNOLSKAPE’s Content Product team enables learning product designs for simulations, serious
games, assessments, learning journeys, and trans-media leaning experiences in addition to
traditional learning formats and media. The opportunity is for the role of a content developer for
our simulations and learning products that are based on these simulations. The individual must
have experience in the learning industry and should have played the role of a Content Developer
before, especially writing for simulations, SJTs or case-based learning projects. The aspirant will
be expected to work with teams that have created award-winning learning designs and products
and should bring their A-game! S/he should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible
environment and changing product requirements. The aspirant must understand the importance
of designing and delivering appropriate learning content to support award-winning multi-platform
learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Determine content needs for a course based on
• The learning objectives
• Profile of participants
• Client Requirement
2. Create new content that is plagiarism and error free based on the requirements
3. Map relevant content from KNOLSKAPE’s repository to an appropriate course
4. Write scripts for Interactive videos
5. Develop case studies to create a repertoire, that can be used in training programs
6. Prepare aids for program delivery including:
• Power point presentations
• Facilitator Guides
• Participant Guides
• Assessment Questions
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience of developing content in a relevant industry
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream with exposure to Business Concepts
• Excellent writing skills and command on the English language are a pre-requisite for this
role
• Familiarity with e-learning tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora will be an added
advantage
