Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer
We are looking for an Instructional Designer with at least 5 years of experience, who will be
responsible for the design, development and production of learning products using a formal
instructional design methodology. This includes conducting needs analysis to identify learning
initiatives, designing and developing learning solutions in a variety of delivery modes (e.g.,
instructor-led training, self-paced training, etc.), as well as measuring the business impact and
effectiveness of deployed learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and produce quality learning programs for our clients.
• Ensure content is developed consistent with instructional design methodology and adheres
to key learning strategies for the target audience.
• Collaborate with program/project management to plan, maintain, and execute
project/program deliverable.
• Solicit feedback and learning requirements from facilitation and solutions teams to make the
products sharper and more aligned to future requirements
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop training materials and
reference documentation.
• Write clear and measurable learning objectives.
• Content writing and review.
• Assist in data gathering and analysis, whenever practical.
• Create and/or review a variety of training deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Instructor and participant guides, Storyboards, Web-based training, Scripts, PowerPoint
slides, Creative case studies, Assessment items, visualize graphics, and enable the media
specialist to visualize graphics.
• Certificate/Diploma in Instructional Designing is preferred
• Knowledge of e-learning and video production tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora,
Camtasia, Audacity etc. will be an added advantage
