The HomeLane Welcome Team is our inside sales & relationship management
team responsible for introducing prospective customers to HomeLane, providing
world-class customer experience and winning orders on the phone & online.
Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a fundamental role in
achieving our ambitious customer experience, customer acquisition & revenue
growth objectives. You will play an individual contributor role, defining what the
gold star in customer experience looks like in India. You will report into the
Manager - Welcome Team.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring strong relationship management skills
combined with solid problem solving skills and a target-oriented mindset. We
serve homeowners looking to get their home interiors done - almost always a big
decision with several parameters to work with. You will be a true thought partner
to every prospect and customer we interact with, ensuring that he / she leaves
with a solution.
You must be comfortable making hundreds of calls & chats (phone/online) per
day converting leads into opportunities. Working closely with the sales team on
ground, generating interest, educating, qualifying/filtering prospects, offering
value proposition, etc..
This being a weekend business, this role requires that you work on weekends and
your weekly OFFs will be scheduled on weekdays on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
● Proven inside sales / relationship management experience
● Track record of over-achieving quota
● Strong phone presence and experience dialling hundreds of calls per day
● Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
● Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Strong listening and presentation skills
● Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
● BA/BS degree or equivalent
● Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus
● Ability to work in a high pressure/challenging environment.
