You will need to possess strong reasoning skills, ability to handle problems and find effective solutions Interpersonal relationship skills You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with all stakeholders. You also need to possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication techniques to them Creative skills You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential. Role description	Planning  Assist in the creation of internal communications strategy Implement communications strategies Message Development / writing / visualization  Assist in the development of messages Ensure support for internal response to crisis PR situations Content development edit and proof reading Responsible for storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers Help in visualizing campaigns / creative content and communicate to design team effectively Support in drafting of messages or scripts for leadership and all other events, videos etc as required Execution  Timely delivery of all identified tasks daily Complete maintenance of tracker to monitor work load and other important captures. End to end execution of all projects, campaigns across all desired platforms Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams Keep all required databases updated Maintain calendars and appointments Prepare presentations and reports Prepare all minutes of the meeting Reporting Create and maintain reviews and reports in a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Team/stakeholder management End to end stakeholder management across levels Creating a conducive non-political work environment.
