About the Program:

 

“AugMentor is an Akamai driven high-quality training , certification and employment program where an individual can obtain paid work experience , classroom instructions and mentorship.” 

 

Frequently asked Questions:-

• What is the duration of this program?

       It will be a 6 months program

• How much will I get paid as an AugMentee?

     Your salary will be INR 20,000 per month while you’ll be in the third party payroll.

• Will I be charged anything for the training?

      Akamai will bear all the cost of training and candidates need to not pay anything during the training program

• What will be my salary after conversion?

     Salary will range anywhere between 5-8 lakh per annum excluding other benefits.

• What are chances of getting absorbed before the completion of 6 months training?

      It depends on the current openings and Augmentee’s exceptional skills

• What happens if there are no openings after the completion of the training?

      Akamai will further extend the contract till we find an opening provided the performance ratings are satisfactory in all areas.
