Designation: Survey Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone surveys while accurately recording responses
• Using refusal avoidance techniques to ensure each survey is completed
• Cultivate knowledge of common respondent concerns like time & burden, govt.
involvement, legitimacy, why me? purpose, Burn Out, Confidentially & sensitive
questions
• Maintaining a professional demeanour and telephone etiquette
• Ability to recognize and communicate any issues or problems with calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced phone job
• Ability to listen intently while typing
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Speaking continuously for long periods of time
• Being alert and ready to respond to any respondent comments/questions

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILL-SETS):

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills inclusive of
pleasant phone manner
• Must be able to read scripted questions and responses verbatim
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be computer literate with keyboarding skills
• Must have 1+ years of call centre and customer service experience
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Bilingual (English + Any Foreign Language) is a plus

Education / Experience / Skills Requirement.
• Any Degree would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication with multiple members of a
team
• High level of numeracy
