Functions / Responsibilities


Manas Foundation, is a New Delhi-based registered trust, founded in 2002 by a group of mental health professionals in response to their experience of the growing need for community-based mental healthcare. In 2014, Manas expanded its vision and incorporated a gender justice wing. Our interventions have expanded to various cities across India and Manas has a significant presence in the social landscape of our country.
We are currently hiring for the profile of ‘Trainer with the below mentioned KRA’s:
Key Responsibilities:
•Conducting gender sensitization training with different stakeholders
•Report writing
•Some responsibilities will be further streamlined as per specific project requisites.

Desired Profile:
•Minimum Qualification: Masters in Gender Studies, Social Work or connected fields (essential)
•Experience in working with people from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds would be an added
advantage
•Any previous training experience
•Has interest in group work
•Innovative and strategic thinker
•Result-driven and enthusiastic to learn and evolve
•1-2 years of work experience would be an added advantage, however freshers may also apply
•Open to travelling across India
• Written and spoken language proficiency in either Kannada
(along with Hindi or English)
* Location: Bengaluru
* Number of Vacancies: Multiple
* Remuneration Bracket: INR 25,000-35,000 P.M.
