for brands using a wide range of animation techniques such as 2D, 3D, Stop-motion, mix media, etc.

 

Founded in 2009 By Two Animation Film Designer from National Institute of Design, Ahmadabad, Rita Dhankani and Mehul Mahicha. Vivi5* Studio boasts a decade of fruitful association within the animation and advertising industry.

We have ingeniously created films for corporate, creative agencies and NGOs, across a diverse range of sectors such as IT, Education, Government, retail, Health, Banking, Telecom, Electronic commerce, Media, Human Welfare and Finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand Communication Design Business and Identifying New Business leads (in Corporate, MNC, Startups, an Advertising agency, Digital agency )

• Pitching Communication Design services, Preparing presentations and marketing plan & Client Servicing

• Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include: Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

• Planning and overseeing the projects marketing initiatives

• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the studio's works

• Developing quotes and proposals, Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person

• To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. So from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences, business development managers must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work. Business development professionals are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and are not working.

• Inclined towards Design Business, Animation, Content Creation and Digital Marketing

• Advertising agency experience is a plus

 

Salary, Bonus, and Incentive:

 

• CTC 3,00,000/- which will be revised after 6 months during the completion of probation period.

• Yearly bonus will be 3 % to 5 %

• 1% of incentive on each project deals with all new clients
