Customer Support Executive

 

Salary-20-35k(Depends on the interview)

Qualification-BA/BCOM/BBA/BSC

 

 

Good command of English (verbal and written) - Typing, phone, and computer navigation skills - Ability to navigate the Internet, and email - Ability to cope well in a high pressure environment while maintaining high quality outputs - Ability to work within a virtual team - Should be open to working on Saturday & Sunday, with any other 2 days of the week as off.

 Preferred skills Â· A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent · Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required. · Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. · Peer respect - establish and maintain cooperative working relationships · Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.

 Excel is not mandatory, but logical reasoning should be good, so please ensure you conduct logical reasoning test
