Agent - Customer Support: 

Responsibilities:

· Act with integrity & think customer-first in every interaction

· Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries

· Ability to flex between phone & email based support

· Follow specified process guidelines to bring about issue resolution

· Build customer trust through their interaction

· Ability to meet hourly & daily productivity goals

· Leverage internal processes and resources to drive issue resolution

· Escalate appropriately to bring about resolution and process improvements

· Track customer interactions and document issues for audit purposes

· Engage & Educate customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest

Ideal candidate should have:

· Excellent written and verbal communications

· Willing to speak with customers over phone calls to resolve their issues.

· Be an active listener and deal well with objection

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effective

Other Requirements:

• Should be able to speak in Hindi and English.
• Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
