Bangalore & Chennai. We rent out travel gears like Trekking & Camping Gear, Riding Gear, Photography equipment etc. We are changing the way people travel by offering Travel Gear as a Service (TGaaS) and have served more than 10,000 customers. Currently we are growing a team of 10+ and hiring in operations domain. Come join our growing team!

Job Overview
City operations lead is responsible for managing end to end operations of the city. The successful candidate should have good organisational, communication, reporting & problem solving skills. The role is very versatile and demands one to manage logistics, quality control & critical customer queries.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing daily order book by scheduling timely deliveries & pick-ups of all orders.
Handling in store customers, helping them understand product usage and place their orders.
Managing the warehouse, doing timely quality check and facilitating stock audits on a monthly basis.
Handling critical customer queries and ensuring a delightful experience to the customer
Managing cleaning & maintenance work of the gear through a company appointed vendor.
Qualifications
Education - Graduate/Post graduate
Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience (freshers with good internship experience are welcome to apply)
Job Skills – MS Excel, MS Office, English (written & spoken), Basic computer & smartphone skills
Personal Traits - Organised, polite, presentable & well behaved
