Functions / Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of: Web pages, e-mail templates, reports, digital banners, marketing brochures, signage, flyers, PowerPoint decks and swag.


• Oversee presentation of designs to stakeholder, facilitate design review and discussion, collect, and implement feedback.


• Create files using existing design templates to create new or revised materials by integrating new content Support daily and weekly process to layout, coordinate the review and produce final assets for time-sensitive materials


• Makes client and team edits in several different proof cycles.


• Works closely with the assigned Account Executives and other members of the client team, communicating production progress


• Uses initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines to best complete tasks


• Proof materials for accuracy and make edits as required


• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork files to meet requirements


• Design and code email templates including testing on various browsers


• Design and code web landing pages and help support maintenance of existing websites.


• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
