Functions / Responsibilities


BASICS REQUIREMENTS:
ï‚· This BDE role is for our Apartment project spread over 2.5 acres, "Gomati Iris"
ï‚· Min Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
ï‚· Female / Male, Salary: Rs.25, 000.00/month + Incentives
ï‚· Work Location: Bommasandra, Next to Electronic City Phase 1
ï‚· Mandatory working on Saturday Sunday (weekly off will be as per your choice)
JOB ROLE
ï‚· Sales: Interact with prospects, discuss their doubts and queries, handle objection, follow up
with the prospects and close the sale. Attend to weekly sales meetings. Achieve the given
sales targets.
ï‚· Reporting: Prepare Management Reports as and when advised.
ï‚· Customer Satisfaction: Attend to customers who have queries and need help from Gomati
Management.
ï‚· Liaisoning: Liaison with various offices for facilitating paperwork and other statutory
compliances work.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
ï‚· Good verbal and written communication skills
ï‚· Result Oriented
ï‚· No Excuse Attitude
ï‚· Experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred
ï‚· Multi-language skills is preferred
