Your roles and responsibilities
We are hiring for the role of copywriter-intern at Creative Factor. As an intern, you will be working in the creative team that focuses on implementing the consultative solutions within organisations. You will get a chance to learn and implement the process of brand building, execute go-to marketing strategies, learn from industry experts, and gain in-depth insights into the overall functions of a business in the Indian eco-system.
You will have to work collaboratively with the creative team, and under their guidance you will work closely in the creation of brand books, marketing collaterals, website content, social media, scripts and blogs. Apart from this, you will also get a chance to interview CEOs of the SMB industry and cover their stories which are both inspirational and thought-provoking.
What you must bring with you:
- Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal
- A completed degree in the area of mass media, communicative English or journalism (We
are hiring individuals with a completed degree because we could make a full-time offer
based on the performance)
- An open mind to learn and collaborate
- Spark of creativity and loads of curiosity
- Interest in the business side of things as much as the creative aspects
- Self-motivated and driven

Graphic Designer-Intern

Your roles and responsibilities
We are hiring for the role of graphic designer-intern at Creative Factor. As an intern, you will be
working in the creative team that focuses on implementing the consultative solutions within
organisations. You will get a chance to learn and implement the process of brand building, execute go-to marketing strategies, learn from industry experts, and gain in-depth insights into the overall functions of a business in the Indian eco-system.
You will have to work collaboratively with the creative team, and under their guidance you will work closely in the creation of brand books, marketing collaterals, UI designs and other integrated marketing collateral designs. Apart from this, you will also get a chance to visualise set-up design and assist in the shoot of brand films and corporate films.
What you must bring with you:
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- A completed degree preferably from a design school, with knowledge in the use design tools
like Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Adobe etc. (We are hiring individuals with a completed
degree because we could make a full-time offer based on the performance)
- An open mind to learn and collaborate
- Spark of creativity and loads of curiosity
- Interest in the business side of things as much as the creative aspects
