Introduction/About
Extraclass.com is the premium home tutoring services envisioned by IIT-B alumnus. The
concept is to help parents in their search for an affordable, reliable and academically capable
tutor and on the other side help tutors to get certainty of work through-out the year with a
handsome income so that he/she can focus only on teaching and results.
The candidate would be required to cater to leads generated from various marketing activities.
The role demands a dynamic personality with a sound subject knowledge and willingness to
deliver duties with utmost sincerity and dedication.
Roles & Responsibilities
ï‚· Visit the student's home location for demo and conduct regular classes (if demo gets
cleared).
ï‚· Complete the syllabus in time and in accordance with the curriculum.
ï‚· Be punctual and regular for the assigned tuition.
ï‚· Be comfortable with the student and should have a pleasant personality with good
communication skills.
ï‚· Clear doubts and help students understand the importance of specific topic for the
exam purpose.
ï‚· Communicate regularly with the parents and Area Champions about the student's
progress and troubles to keep him updated.
ï‚· Continuously counsel students in order to build confidence in the student and keep
him/her motivated towards studies.
ï‚· The candidate must find ways to involve students in their lessons & learning.
Qualification: Graduation or Masters (in any stream)
Batch: Pass out in 2018 or passing in 2019
Eligibility Criterion: Throughout 55% (HSC, SSC, Graduation)
Designation: Anushikshak
Income: 15k-17k + Incentives + Fuel Allowance
Work Location- Bengaluru
Experience: The candidate could be a fresher, studying in college or can have a decent
experience in teaching.
Education: The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any stream. Candidates with
engineering backgrounds would be most preferred.
Who can Apply: Candidates with relevant experience or interests with a bachelor’s degree in
mathematics, physics, zoology, botany, chemistry, accounts, economics, business studies,
literature subjects, and humanities subjects can apply.
