Functions / Responsibilities


We are looking for someone to join our start up team and run our sales and marketing/business development operations. While working for a big company does have its own benefits, this would be a great opportunity for those who are passionate about S&M to get on-the-job, firsthand experience in the retail and FMCG space while allowing them the flexibility and freedom to implement whatever ideas they have. The learning curve is always steeper when one works for a start-up.

Our compensation structure is as follows

1. COMPENSATION ON CTC BASIS 300000 PA.
2. TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT AT ACTUALS
3. INCENTIVES AT UP TO 100% OF COMPENSATION
4. STOCK OPTIONS IN 12 MONTHS
