Position: Cash Collection Specialist / Sr. Cash Collection Specialist

Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers can also apply)

Work location: Cerner Healthcare Solution India  Pvt Ltd., Modern Asset Sez, North Gate, SY. NO. 2/1, 2/2, Venkatala Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore, KA 560064

Shift Time: 6 PM – 3 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.
• You will assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
• Manage portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest. Conducts pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepares recommendations, and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts.
• Recognizes deteriorating credit situations recommending and implementing solutions. Prepare collection reports.
• Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills.
• Finance/Accounting background (education or work experience)
• Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders and a multi-national corporation is an added advantage.
