About Masterlife

At Masterlife, we are trying to change the way Indians live. Most of us go through life without knowing what true happiness is. Masterlife is a platform that helps you identify the areas of imbalance and then helps you fix it through its self-paced and community learning programs. Masterlife is trying to help the 200 million Indians between 25-35 to navigate through work, relationships, life and helping them be better versions of themselves.

We also run a marketing agency called Growth Spartan where we help companies achieve business goals using digital channels. We have helped companies across the world in sketching out their marketing plan and also in achieving it. Masterlife and Growth Spartan is founded by Anirudh who has also helped over 5,000 aspiring entrepreneurs and 25 startups in US, Latin America, Africa, and Asia with launching their idea, reaching product-market fit and scale, rest assured you will work with the top minds in this space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Handle performance marketing for different clients


• Run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads or any form of performance marketing


• Decide what campaigns to run for the week


• Write ad copies and other content for marketing


• Works with the Marketing manager to execute on campaigns


• Create processes for performance marketing so it's easy to scale


• Focus on always achieving the goals for the client


• Be able to coordinate with the team using slack and other tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Knows how to run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads


• Be data driven and conversion driven


• Some prior experience with running ads is a must


• Is detail oriented and extremely process driven  


• Strong communicator, high problem solving skills and high analytical skills


• Experience with Todoist, Slack, Hootsuite Google Sheets is preferred


• Can handle multiple clients


• Able to write good content and ad copies


• Make ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop


• Is process driven and is constantly thinking about how to use tools, dashboards to make their lives easier.


• Undergraduate degree is preferred

TYPE OF ROLE: 

• Full Time with 2 months trial period internship


• Remote - Yes and we’ll always be a remote company

SALARY: Rs 35,000/- per month depending on the candidate.
