Functions/Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable accountant / specialist performs the daily task of posting the payments in to the system against the correct customers.

Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing invoices, invoice data entry, preparing daily status reports, as well as other projects and day to day tasks as needed.

1. Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.  
2. Prefer experience with account reconciliation and cash posting.
3. Billing.
4. Cash Application.
5. Tracking aging of receivables.
6. Assist in month end closing.
7. Should be able to handle AR queries independently.
8. Reporting and Analysis.
9. Reconciliation of the Account Receivables
10. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Qualification and Skills:

1. B.com / BBA / M.com / MBA / CA /  ICWA qualified (CA/ICWA Inter can also apply)

2. 0-5 Years of experience

3. Freshers (2019 graduates) can also apply

4. Understanding of End to End Accounts Payable Process

5. Should have team handling experience

6. Strong Analytical skills

7. Excellent reporting skills

8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English

9. System handling skills – MS Office usage

10. Accounting Background

11. Ability to interact with client

Computer  Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, MS-Office.

US Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Transportation: Door-to-door cab facility provided to all employees
