ANALYST, HUMAN RESOURCES - JOB DESCRIPTION
TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst in the Human Resource Department who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Analyst will perform functions such as employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and talent engagement.

• Strength of over 600 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%+
• Strong global client base - primarily private equity firms, investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers,
corporates, and family offices
Responsibilities Assumed:
• Strategizing, designing and planning activities for employees
• Organizing and managing employee welfare and development activities to ensure positive employee engagement
and communication
• Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives like employee satisfaction surveys, and
engagement strategies to retain talent
• Planning and executing various employee engagement activities like office celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc.
• Identifying type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious & ensuring that programs reflect company values
• Managing issues and requests of various groups involved including participants, stakeholders, vendors, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, etc
• Reviewing personnel actions for compliance with rules, policies and procedures and assisting during HR audit
• Coordinating and facilitating focus groups, surveys, skip meets/one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies
• Creating and deploying employee recognition strategies, including reviewing and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
• Analysing trends using HR Dashboards to identify problem areas and recommend solutions to improve
performance, retention, and employee experience
• Maintaining employee relations, safety, wellness and health
• Generating, preparing, and analysing various reports for stakeholders on a timely basis
• Performing a variety of administrative support activities to manage employee lifecycle
• Staying abreast with best practices in the market and suggesting implementation of relevant tools and processes
Skills Required:
• Commitment and ownership
• Strong analytical ability
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience Required:
• 0 - 1 year of experience
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
