Thrive Foundation is looking for exceptional psychologists who will transform our city
schools with preventive, promotive and positive mental health education. Apply now to become an AlterNarrative Fellow and teach vulnerable students social and
emotional skills, provide counselling, work with teachers to make their classrooms warm,
safe and enabling spaces of child development and with parents to extend well-being to their
homes.

Skills required

ï‚· Minimum qualification- Masters level degree in Counselling or Clinical
Psychology/Social Work
ï‚· Has a strong theoretical background and excellent process skills
ï‚· Proficiency in Tamil
ï‚· Ability to work independently and in teams
ï‚· Ability to organise work effectively and prioritise objectives at work
ï‚· Ability to communicate effectively through multiple mediums
ï‚· Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with students, faculty,
staff, parents and the school management
ï‚· Strong analytical skills.
ï‚· Prior teaching experience will be a bonus
