International Human Resources Operations and Projects Associate:

We are looking for bright and insightful candidates to join us as an associate in our
Hyderabad-based International Human Resources Operations and Projects group,
which is a part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a challenging work
environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital
function. Additionally, you will gain significant exposure to the processes involved in
creating, refining, and executing strategies to identify and attract superstar talent for
various finance and technical teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

ï‚· Support the Global Recruitment team to identify accomplished candidates for
finance and technical positions by creating and maintaining accurate candidate
records.
ï‚· Support the team with maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
and providing administrative support for recruitment-related applications and
workflows.
ï‚· Be a part of the various complex operations that support our global HR
functions, such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and benefits.

ï‚· Support the team on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-
intensive in nature.

ï‚· Ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
