Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Proficient in using MS office, G-Suite,Marketing services (WordPress, Google Analytics, Social Media, Email Marketing & CRM tools).
- Proficiency in communication - interpersonal and written
- Ability to generate leads and make marketing calls to qualify them
- Diligence in maintaining CRM tools
- Comfortable interacting with cross functional teams
- Interaction & collaboration between marketing & sales functions, and occasionally with other colleagues across group
- Willingness to create content for research, lead generation, lead nurturing and overall marketing purposes
Desired:
- Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Willingness to learn
- Have a creative yet logical approach
- Ability to ideate towards marketing plan for different industry segments
- Be flexible to business/team’s needs and have multitasking capabilities
- Good emotional quotient
- Flexible with work timings
- Ownership attitude & self discipline
About the role
As a marketing associate, you would be responsible for
- Maintaining the content, marketing & promotions plan as per calender
- Lead generation and nurturing of existing contacts through online & offline engagement.
- Representing the company - offline and online - as events may require.
- Working closely with the other business functions (Business Development, Sales, Finance and Projects)
Level of Assessment
- Recruiter Screening
- Telephonic/Skype interview
- In person interview with Marketing and Business Development team
- In person interview with CEO & Advisors for organization and fit
- HR Discussion & closure
