The event started with welcoming the alumni by Prof. Srinidhi Lakshmish Kumar (Alumni Coordinator). The Head of Department Dr. Raghunandan Kumar R addressed the alumni and briefed them upon the latest happenings of the department (Programs offered, research & opportunities). He also informed the students to participate in the department Board of Studies meeting as stakeholders. Incumbent CACE president, Mr. Ashin Shaji presented on all the events that were and are being conducted in the department through the student association. The department took the decision to form an alumni core committee. The office bearers were announced and Mr. Benn Thomas was nominated as alumni president. Prof. Srinidhi briefed the alumni on the opportunities available for the alumni to participate in the events of the department and how the alumni can contribute by providing internship and placement opportunities to the existing students. The event was attended by a total of 49 alumni from India and countries like UAE, Australia and United Kingdom. The alumni expressed their pleasure in participating in the program and the Alumni meet was concluded with a Vote of thanks by Prof. Srinidhi.
