CONTRIBUTE TO CAMPAIGN

Fr Mani Giles Memorial Lecture Series is dedicated in the memory of Late Bishop Emmanuel Mani Giles Pothanamuzhy CMI, who was the first Principal of Christ College (1969 to 1977 and 1978 to 1983). The lecture series are instituted in the subject related to Deanery of Science.  The invitation to the eminent speaker to deliver the lecture is extended by the Director, Office of Alumni Engagement in consultation with the Pro Vice Chancellor. Subject of the lecture will depend upon the person invited and his field of special interest. One lecture will be delivered every year by the eminent speaker who have done outstanding contribution in the field of Life Science.

Alumni contribution will support in bring eminent speakers both from National and International to the campus. The monetary goal for the Fr Mani Giles Memorial Lecture Series Fund is 25 Lakhs. The purpose of this fund is to provide support to faculty members and their efforts to provide excellence in teaching and advising in the field of Life Science and also supports Fr Mani Giles Memorial Lecture Series
